When I was a kid in the 80’s I was obsessed with He-Man and the Masters Of The Universe. Obsessed. I had many of the action figures and spent hours playing with them and using and developing my imagination. These action figures, if never unboxed, are worth hundreds and even thousands of dollars today. To me there is no amount that would be worth the torture of staring at a boxed toy on a shelf and never playing with it! I’m glad I played with those toys instead of owning many thousands of dollars worth of boxed toys today. My favourite characters were always the supporting characters as they were the wacky and interesting ones. To this day when I see these toys it gives me a sense of nostalgia that takes me right back to the early 80’s spending hours playing with these toys without a care in the world.
